Dedicated Edition - Basic Options

Users: support up to 100 users for just $11.99/month per user.
InfiniteApp Dedicated Edition is a multi-user plan that allows application and data sharing. Each plan is licensed for a specific number of users. Licensing is not based on concurrent users - each user account requires a license.

RAM: provision up to 16 GB of RAM to any server in 128 MB increments for just $2.99/month.
Server plans each come standard with a specific amount of RAM dedicated to that server. In many cases RAM is the component that most affects performance. When servers have less memory than is required to execute operating system and application instructions, that information is instead stored in a pagefile or swap partition. This paging is what leads to poor performance. To avoid this, ensure you have enough RAM for your application. If you are not sure how much to get, don't worry. You can always add RAM to your server; upgrades require just a server reboot.

CPU Cores: provision up to 8x 2.53 Ghz cores to any server in 1 core increments for just $7.99/month.
Each Virtual Dedicated Server is provisioned with a specific number of 2.53 Ghz cpu cores. These are the servers' processors. CPUs, after RAM, are the next most important component to performance. You may add cores to your server at any time. Core upgrade require just a reboot.

Boot Disk: provision servers with up to a 500 GB boot disk in 1 GB increments for just $1.00/month.

A boot disk is the first virtual hard drive in a virtual server. It stores the operating system and all applications for the server. It is critical that the hard drive is large enough for all of your applications and data. If available disk space runs below 20%, it is likely that server performance will suffer. You may add disk space to a server's boot disk any time, in some cases without needing to even restart the server.

Bandwidth: allocate up to 4 TB monthly data transfer in 500 GB increments for just $14.99/month.
Bandwidth or monthly data transfer is the amount of data transferred to or from the Internet in any calendar month. Each plan comes with a specific amount of bandwidth - some unlimited. In multiserver configurations, data transferred between servers are not considered part of this monthly data transfer.

Dedicated Edition - Additional Disk Options

2nd, 3rd and 4th Disks: provision servers with up to 4x 500 GB disks in 1 GB increments for just $1.00/month.
Add up to 3 virtual hard drives to any plan. While this is not necessary for many configurations, specific applications benefit a great deal from having multiple disks. In most cases non-boot disks can be increased in size without any disruption in service.

Dedicated Edition - IIS / SQL Options

Our goal is to deliver you a Virtual Dedicated Server that matches your requirements exactly. For this reason, you may choose to among the following options:

Do not install IIS or SQL
- if you do not intend to use this server as either an web server or sql server, we will install a base image of Windows without either Internet Information Services or any version SQL Server
Install IIS / Do not install SQL
- If you plan to use the server as a web server, but you don't intend to use SQL, this option may be the best. We will install and configure Internet Information Services without installing any version of SQL.

What is our InfiniteApp - Application Virtualization plan?
We stream your applications directly to your desktop from our cloud. Simply select the application you want to run from our InfiniteApp website, and the applicaiton appears on your desktop, like opening an application on your local computer. InfiniteApp Dedicated Edition

What is InfiniteApp Dedicated Edition?
You get all the features of our InfiniteApp Personal or Business Editions, but instead of running your applicaitons on a shared environment, you run them on a Windows Virtual Dedicated Server. Every server has a virtual CPU, virtual RAM, virtual system board and bios, virtual network interface card, and virtual hard drives. We install Windows 2003 or Windows 2008 on this virtual hardware, and we give you access to the administrator account. With this, you can modify the installation of Windows in any way you require, install any software, and manage the server just like you purchased it directly from HP or Dell.

Dedicated Server Performance
Infinitely Virtual VDS plans feature the industry's highest performance. Every server has between 1 and 8 2.53 Ghz virtual CPUs, shared on hosts operating, on average, below 30% CPU utilization. This means that an any given point in time, your server will have the ability to utilize all 2.53 Ghz of your CPU cores. We ensure that every server is backed by 100% of the RAM included in their plan, up to 16 GB. Servers are connected to our virtual switch infrastructure at 1 Gbps, and Internet connectivity is 100 Mbps. Most importantly, our servers are stored on our NetApp SAN with 15k fibre-channel disks, ensuring the highest disk performance in the industry.

Infinitely Scalable Servers
One of the unique advantages of Virtual Dedicated Servers vis-à-vis dedicated servers is their ability to be upgraded in very small increments without having to reinstall the server's operating system or applications. We offer our customers the ability to upgrade any aspect of their server in tiny increments.

Add 2.5 Ghz CPU Cores - up to 8 cores
Add RAM in increments of 125 MB - up to 16 GB
Add disk space in increments of 1 GB - up to 1 TB

Better than Dedicated Server Access
Interact with a Virtual Dedicated Server from Infinitely Virtual like you were sitting in front of your server. A serious limitation of dedicated servers is that you cannot see the console, insert a CD in the drive or power cycle the server without remote hands. Until now, these were limitations that customers had to tolerate to get the performance their applications required. Our VDS plans feature:

With these unique features, you can interact with your server whether or not the operating system is running. If you accidentally lock yourself out of VNC or remote desktop by modifying the firewall settings, you can easily connect to our Virtual KVM and let yourself back in. If you want to insert a CD, DVD or floppy, just access our Virtual CD/DVD & Floppy feature. And if for any reason the server won't restart gracefully, just power it down and back up with our Virtual Power Buttons.

Serious Data Protection
We take data protection seriously. Every plan includes our unique data protection feature. Every server in our environment is backed up nightly by taking a point-in-time snapshot of the entire datastore. Unlike our competitors who take crash-consistent snapshots of their customers' servers, we take application-consistent snapshots. We retain daily backups for 7 days and weekly backups for 4 weeks.

Instruct the VSS aware applications on each VM to quiesce all transactions, including:
- Exchange Server
- Microsoft SQL Server
Instruct the VM to quiesce all disk transactions, creating a VM level snapshot
Take snapshot of underlying datastore
Delete VM level snapshot

Free SNMP Monitoring
To ensure the best possible performance, we give our customers free SNMP monitoring. Every server in our environment is monitored by our enterprise NMS. We constantly monitor CPU usage, RAM usage and disk usage, and if your server exceeds our norms, we notify you so you can take corrective action.
